What you need to succeed:
- A high level of experience in managing and designing a variety of projects.
- Experience in Microdrainage, AutoCAD, Civil3D, PDS, Info drainage, Site 3D and SUDS.
- Experience of preparing Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies.
- Experience in Highways and Road design.
- Excellent people skills and experience of building effective relationships with clients.
- Highly organised, efficient and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent creativity, vision and problem-solving skills.
