We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Geotechnical Engineer at Associate Director or Director level to establish and lead a new geotechnical consultancy business from the ground up.

Opportunity
Our clients existing business currently subcontracts all geotechnical work to external providers. With a strong pipeline of projects already available, they see a significant opportunity to bring these services in-house and create a dedicated geotechnical consultancy with immediate revenue potential.
We are seeking a commercially minded geotechnical professional to take ownership of this venture, deliver existing work streams, develop new client relationships, and build a high-performing team.

About You
You will be:
- An experienced Geotechnical Engineer operating at Associate Director, Director, or equivalent level
- Technically strong with a proven track record in geotechnical investigation, analysis, and reporting
- Commercially aware and motivated by building a business
- Capable of winning work, developing client relationships, and leading project delivery
- Passionate about growing and mentoring a geotechnical team
- Entrepreneurial in mindset and excited by the challenge of creating something from the ground up
