Principal Hydraulic Modeller – Basingstoke (Hybrid)
We’re looking for an experienced Principal Hydraulic Modeller to lead delivery of complex flood risk and drainage projects across the UK.
This is a technical leadership role — you’ll manage modelling teams, oversee hydrology assessments, and deliver data-driven solutions that shape resilient infrastructure.
Responsibilities:

Lead hydraulic modelling using Flood Modeller, TUFLOW, or InfoWorks ICM.

Develop and review FRAs, drainage designs and SWMPs.

Manage projects, mentor modellers, and engage with clients and regulators.
Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Hydrology or related field.

Extensive experience in flood risk and surface water modelling.

Strong project leadership and communication skills.
