🔧 Role Overview:
You’ll be part of a forward-thinking team focused on delivering innovative, sustainable infrastructure solutions. You’ll take ownership of complex, multidisciplinary projects from early planning stages through to detailed design and implementation. The role involves a mix of technical delivery, team leadership, and client interaction.
🧠 Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver a variety of infrastructure projects (highways, drainage, utilities)

Lead and support multidisciplinary design teams

Prepare and review technical documents including reports, specifications, and drawings

Support financial planning and monitor project performance

Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development

Assist in business development and bid preparation
🎯 Candidate Profile:

Strong technical expertise in civil infrastructure design (highways, utilities, sustainable drainage)

Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroDrainage (or equivalent)

Proven track record in managing complex, multidisciplinary projects

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Chartered or working towards chartered status with a relevant institution

Willingness to travel occasionally and support continuous quality improvement
