Technical Coordinator – Northampton
Are you a technically skilled civil engineer with a passion for residential development? This well know developer are looking for a Technical Coordinator to join our Northampton team and help deliver high-quality, compliant, and buildable projects.
What You’ll Do:

Coordinate technical designs across multiple development sites.

Support planning, highways, drainage, and utility approvals (S38, S104, S278, S106).

Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical queries.

Ensure designs are compliant, practical, and aligned with programme and budget.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in civil engineering, infrastructure design, or technical coordination in housebuilding or consultancy.

Knowledge of drainage, highways, and adoptable infrastructure standards.

Competence in AutoCAD and drainage software (Microdrainage, WinDes).

Strong organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
